appointments & booking
A valid card is required to reserve all appointments. Certain services may also require a non-refundable retainer at the time of booking.
Appointment times are reserved intentionally to allow enough space for a thoughtful, unrushed experience.
cancellations & rescheduling
Life happens, and I always try to approach schedule changes with understanding and flexibility whenever possible.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service total.
Longer appointments are especially difficult to refill on short notice, and your understanding helps protect the time reserved for both myself and other guests.
late arrivals
If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible.
Depending on timing and the service booked, appointments may need to be adjusted or rescheduled in order to stay respectful of the schedule for the rest of the day.
guests
Due to the size of the studio, additional guests are generally discouraged unless previously arranged.
For safety reasons, children & dogs should not accompany you to appointments.
adjustments
I want you to feel good about your hair. If something feels off after your appointment, please reach out within 14 days so we can discuss possible adjustments.
Adjustment appointments do not apply to changes of mind, new inspiration photos, or services performed by another stylist after your visit.
color expectations
Healthy hair always comes first here.
Not every inspiration photo is achievable in one session, and some transformations may require multiple appointments in order to maintain the integrity of your hair.
I’ll always be honest about what’s realistic for your hair, your maintenance preferences, and your long-term hair goals.
social media / photos
Photos and videos may occasionally be taken during appointments for portfolio and social media purposes.
